Heart Healthy Chili Lime Salmon

I. Love. Sheet. Pan. Meals.

I love them because they’re quick. I love them because they’re easy. And, maybe most importantly, I love them because clean up takes about a minute.

This is an easy, delicious sheet pan meal that makes fixing a healthy dinner for your family a total breeze.

Heart Healthy Chili Lime Salmon

  • ¼ c. (or juice of 1 lime) lime juice
  • ¼ c. fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. water
  • ½ tbsp. minced garlic
  • ¾ tsp. red chili flakes
  • ½ tsp. ground cumin
  • ¾ tsp. salt
  • ½ tbsp. honey
  • 24 oz. salmon fillets
  • 1/2 medium red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 medium green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 medium yellow bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 medium onion, cut into wedges


Preheat oven to broil setting on high heat. Spray a baking sheet tray with cooking oil spray; set aside.

Whisk lime juice, parsley, olive oil, water, garlic, chili flakes, cumin, and salt together to combine.

Add the honey and whisk again until well combined.

Toss peppers and onions in marinade to coat.

Add veggies and salmon to a parchment-lined baking sheet and drizzle salmon with remaining marinade.

Bake 10-15 minutes or until salmon flakes and veggies are tender.

Remove from the oven and serve immediately.

Gluten Free.  You bet!

Vegetarian. Skip the salmon and this is a great way to prep delicious veggies.
