What is your go-to healthy breakfast?
Protein shake

What is your favorite type of exercise?
Cardio (treadmill or stationary bike)

What keeps you motivated during a workout?
Getting healthy for my family

What is the #1 health tip you live by?
It takes weeks to make/break a habit – so don’t be discouraged when results aren’t immediate.

What activities do you do when you can’t fit a full workout in your schedule?
Take the dogs on a nice, long walk around the neighborhood

What is your favorite healthy snack?

What hobbies help you relax?
Cooking with or watching a TV show with my wife

What is your best achievement?
Marrying the love of my life

Who is the most famous person you have ever met?
Tom Hanks/Steven Spielberg (they were walking together)

What is the most challenging part of being a doctor?
Making sure that work life doesn’t affect home life.

What is the best advice anyone has given you?
Find a job you enjoy, and you’ll never have to work a day in your life.

What advice can you give for people who aspire to be where you are?
Get involved early and often, but make sure to be well rounded.
