Book, Brush, Bed Repeat

We are committed to helping all children grow up with healthy, happy smiles that last a lifetime. Learning how to take care of your teeth and gums starts early on.

In honor of National Children’s Dental Health Month, we’re sharing a few of our favorite tips for assure your child has something to smile about when it comes to their oral health.

Children love repetition, so to make brushing a part of your nighttime routine. One resource being promoted during February is a program of the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) called Brush, Book, Bed.  The message is simple, clear and fun!  Using three main tips to encourage brushing:

  1. Each night, help your children to BRUSH their teeth.
  2. Read a favorite BOOK (or two)!
  3. Get to BED at a regular time each night.
