Children love repetition, so to make brushing a part of your nighttime routine. One resource being promoted during February is a program of the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) called Brush, Book, Bed. The message is simple, clear and fun! Using three main tips to encourage brushing:
- Each night, help your children to BRUSH their teeth.
- Read a favorite BOOK (or two)!
- Get to BED at a regular time each night.
